Yeii! yesterday I finished whatching the long Taiwanese drama ''Easy life happy Fortune'' is 17 episodes and I most said than the drama is ok sometimes there were times when I was bored as hell but the most of the drama is fine. Now I will watch Bull Fighting. Is amazing how dramas teach you so much about the culture and their native language.

Easy life happy fortune synopsis

These two could not have been more different. One is a happy-go-lucky girl who grows up with her brother in the mountains and was tutored in the knowledge of herbs by her grandma. The other is a businessman who grows up in a rich family expecting to take over the family pharmaceutical empire and does not hesitate to step on others in order to achieve his own gains.

Bull Fighting synopsis

It started as a 3-on-3 basketball competition between two rival colleges; an annual event in which the winner would control the 13th Street basketball court for the following year. To everybody's surprise, the 9-year reigning champion, TRIO lost this year... and it was all because of one girl named Yi Sheng Xue. Now, this game has a new purpose.

TRIO is a famed group in the East Sun college known for their handsome, well-rounded and rich boys who also have talent in the game of basketball: Zhou Bi Shou, Xu Zhe Kai, and the leader, Shen Ruo He. All three are gorgeous and proud, and been there for each other since they were little. Confident, they know that they will win against the other college, and score the spot to place their team flag on.

Yi Sheng Xue (Hebe Tien) is a stubborn but naive daughter of a former triad leader, Wu Ye. She went to a temple to wish TRIO good luck during the infamous 13th street basketball game. As a young girl, she had been chased by hostile gang members, and had run frantically to the basketball court in desperation to avoid conflict. Coincidentally the very first 13th street basketball game was taking place. The members, seeing a young girl being persecuted, helped drive the gang members away, leading Sheng Xue into safety. Sheng Xue now takes the game seriously and watches it every year, cheering on the East Sun college.

Helou! everyone! how was your NYE!? mine SUCKED! was pretty boring~~

( _ _) I didn't did anything special, my mother and siblings went to church

and my dad and aunt went to bed at 8PM (WTF) yeah so I stayed home

alone, I actually received the new year with facebook as my partner and

listening to all the Korean/Japanese/Chinese/Taiwanese songs you can imagine~

LAME, but is ok tho! the next year will be better!

So yeah this was defenetly the most boring NYE I've never had, and

above all FU*IN alone! J' suis malade of loneliness here! even tho that

I have a bunch of nice friends I live too far from the city so it really

complicates everything and my entire life~~~

Windows Vista more famous gadgets or in ur Google Chrome page randomly

or just you see this little blue cartoon everywhere!? AT first I really didn't mind

Hello my lovely readers! the end of the year is getting closer

we are just a few hours of 2010! What's your new Year resolution?

I want to accomplish a couple of stuff this year! I really want to

loose some weigth, finish my japanese clases, deal with chinese

(yeah! I started chinese too) and no is not that confusing!

I will love to travel out from DR maybe to Canada or United states

Or who knows maybe china ;D this year was a pretty though year

in so many people lifes, a lot of changes good and bad, but always

with heads up no matter what! I still have to do some changes on the

blog! that's why I haven't started posting for real! im kinda Lazy!! ~~

That's another thing I will have to erase this year if I really want things

to go faster! I really can't do much If I sleep the half of the day! Lol

Whoaa!~ Ok! I wanted To get here! fast! haha! I was searching on the web some J-pop Music And I found This AMAZING girl Group! They are incredible! My firts Thougth Was ''Omg they look like Japanese PCD'' ashlee Dream Started Firts ^^ Than The PCDs we see now, But They look lot alike Tought, but there's one Thing than Makes them Different, They don't focus In just One member as PCD does wich Is Nicole, In Dream They are all The main Singers!

Dream, formerly called DRM, is an all-female J-pop chorus group. In May 1999, the Japanese record company Avex Trax held a contest in the hopes of looking for new talent. After going through 120,000 Japanese contestants, Mai Matsumuro, Yu Hasebe and Kana Tachibana were chosen to form the new group "Dream". Many consider the first three girls as the first generation of Dream, which made its debut on January 1, 2000 with the single "Movin' on."

Dream consisted of those three members until July 7, 2002 when Mai Matsumuro graduated to a solo career. Six new younger members joined the group (Risa Ai, Erie Abe, Aya Takamoto, Ami Nakashima, Shizuka Nishida and Sayaka Yamamoto) which allowed people to draw comparisons between the "new Dream" and another Japanese pop group, Morning Musume. Dream remained an 8-member dance & chorus group until the graduation of member Ai Risa on March 28, 2004.

On July 22, 2008, it was announced that Yu Hasebe had left DRM, and that the group was changing its name back to Dream. Hasebe's departure meant that Kana Tachibana was now the only remaining original member still with the group.

In fall 2008, Dream worked together with the popular band EXILE. They recorded the song "Love, Dream & Happiness" along with the PV for EXILE's album, EXILE BALLAD BEST.

After a longer absence on the release sector, the new six-member version of Dream released a new single titled "Perfect Girls" in September 2009. In March 2010, they will release their followup single, "Breakout". Btw Erie Is My Fav ♥

Well Im going to show You something Interesting Today! :) I learn This because of a friend I had a long time ago. Is about Chinese Combination Numbers and meaning, Is pretty Interesting. Somehow some Chinese don't Know about this! I had ask some and they just look at me like ''arrr.. U serious'' (sheu, amy, timmy, tommy,enrique -_-) But I guess not All them Know. Some Ppl In china has this way to comunicate eachother with numbers combination with a special Meanig, Is kinda like us, Is for simplify Things too, Like B4 = Before/ LOL= Laugh Out Loud/ M8= Mate/ NEWAZ = Anyways/ The difference is that They use Just numbers. firts Lets see what The Numbers Indivudually Mean.

*Good Luck Numbers:

This is important Chinese are REALLY supersticious and They think Nmbers have a special way to say what u wish to other peple and what u wish for ur own.

2 Two

The number 2 (二 or 两, Pinyin: èr or liăng) is a good number in Chinese culture. There is a Chinese saying "good things come in pairs". It is common to use double symbols in product brandnames, e.g. double happiness, double coin, double elephants etc. In Cantonese, two (jyutping: yi6) is a homophone of the character for "easy" (易).

3 Three

The number 3 (三, Pinyin: sān, jyutping: saam1) sounds similar to the character for "birth" (生, Pinyin: shēng, jyutping: saang1), and is thus considered a lucky number.

5 five

The number 5 (五, Pinyin: wŭ) is associated with the five elements (water, wood, fire, earth and metal) in Chinese philosophy, and in turn was historically associated with the Emperor of China.

6 Six

The number 6 (六, Pinyin: liù) in Mandarin is pronounced the same as "lee-oh" (澑, Pinyin: liù) and similar to "fluid" (流, Pinyin: liú) and is therefore considered good for business. The number 6 also represents happiness. In Cantonese, this number is a homophone for blessings (祿 Lok）

7 seven

The number 7 (七, Pinyin: qī) symbolizes "togetherness". It is a lucky number for relationships. It is also recognized as the luckiest number in the West, and is one of the rare numbers that is great in both Chinese and many Western cultures. It is a lucky number in Chinese culture, because it sounds alike to the Chinese character 起 (Pinyin: qi3) meaning arise.

8 Eigth

The word for "eight" (八 Pinyin: bā) sounds similar to the word which means "prosper" or "wealth" (发 – short for "发财", Pinyin: fā). In regional dialects the words for "eight" and "fortune" are also similar, e.g. Cantonese "baat3" and "faat3".

There is also a visual resemblance between two digits, "88", and 囍, the "shuāng xĭ" ('double joy'), a popular decorative design composed of two stylized characters 喜 ("xĭ" meaning 'joy' or 'happiness').

The number 8 is viewed as such an auspicious number that even being assigned a number with several eights is considered very lucky.

* The opening ceremony of the Summer Olympics in Beijing began on 8/8/08 at 8 seconds and 8 minutes past 8 pm (local time).

9 Nine

The number 9 (九, Pinyin: jiŭ, jyutping: gau2), being the greatest of single-digit numbers, was historically associated with the Emperor of China; the Emperor's robes often had nine dragons, and Chinese mythology held that the dragon has nine children.

Moreover, the number 9 is a homophone of the word for "longlasting" (久), and as such is often used in weddings.

* Bad Luck Numbers:

ok this Is MORE important Than the lucky ones, 'Cuz u have to be careful in what u give and say with these Numbers. Remember The number Change meaning by Region.

4 Four

Number 4 (四; accounting 肆; pinyin sì) is considered an unlucky number in Chinese, Korean, and Japanese cultures because it is nearly homophonous to the word "death" (死 pinyin sǐ). Due to that, many numbered product lines skip the "4": e.g. Nokia cell phones (there is no series beginning with a 4), Palm[citation needed] PDAs, Canon PowerShot G's series (after G3 goes G5), etc. In East Asia, some buildings do not have a 4th floor. (Compare with the Western practice of some buildings not having a 13th floor because 13 is considered unlucky.) In Hong Kong, some high-rise residential buildings literally miss all floor numbers with "4", e.g. 4, 14, 24, 34 and all 40–49 floors. As a result, a building whose highest floor is number 50 may actually have only 36 physical floors.

5 Five

Although five (五, pinyin: wǔ, jyutping: ng5) can represent "me" (吾, pinyin: wú) in Mandarin, it is usually associated with "not" (Mandarin 无/無, pinyin wú, and Cantonese 唔 m4). If used for the negative connotation it can become good by using it with a negative. 54 means "not die" or "no death". If used for the positive it can be used as a possessive. 528 is a way of saying "no easy fortune for me". 53 ("ng5 saam1" in Cantonese) sounds like "m4 sang1 （唔生）" – "not live".

6 six

Six in Cantonese which has a similar pronunciation to that of "lok6" (落, meaning "to drop, fall, or decline") may form unlucky combinations.

7 Seven

Seven is considered spiritist or ghostly. The seventh month of the Chinese calendar is also called the "Ghost Month". See Ghost Festival for more detail. During this month, the gates of hell are said to be open so ghosts and spirits are permitted to visit the living realm. However, the Chinese lunar calendar also has July 7 as Chinese Valentine's Day (qi xi), so the number 7 is not generally associated with bad luck. In most of the regions in China number 7 remains neutral or associated with luck.

Pandas are so special. andthere are just a few, Some of us will want one as pet...and that dream Is not that far after all. Is not new than asian people transform their ordinary dogs into pandas, YES a panda, by dyeing their hair blank and white as a panda, The so called ''Panda Dog'' are so cute and Tiny and adorable as the real one. EVERYYBODY wants one, Including me Haha. Not just in pets we see this obsession, In origami, Plushes, TV, panda is the new dog. We have The ''Tare panda'' caracter, and just keep going and going...

The Panda (Ailuropoda melanoleuca, literally meaning "cat-foot black-and-white") is a bear native to central-western and south western China. It is easily recognized by its large, distinctive black patches around the eyes, over the ears, and across its round body. Though it belongs to the order Carnivora, the Giant Panda's diet is 99% bamboo. Other parts of its diet include honey, eggs, fish, yams, shrub leaves, oranges, and bananas when available.

The Giant Panda lives in a few mountain ranges in central China, mainly in Sichuan province, but also in the Shaanxi and Gansu provinces. Due to farming, deforestation, and other development, the Giant Panda has been driven out of the lowland areas where it once lived.

Today I won't do reference to the things you usually see in my blog. I will show You a thing that really pissed me off. I was reading a post of a friend that I have on FB.She wrotte about how her Boyfriend cheated on her with three girls at the same time. U migth think that is an issue we see almost everyday, the thing is 'till when guys will play with girls hearts. Im so tired of seeing the same shit everywhere and the girls who had felt this way or have been cheated more than 1 one time or even one, knows what I mean. Is true that girls grow up faster than guys, But Comonnn! that dosen't mean they have to cheat all the time....playing whit who ever they want. So basically she tells how she felt about him and how he makes her belive in shits like I love you, I can't live without you, Yeah Rigth , anyways, this guys SUCKS just like the other guys who do the same shit all over again. Mohiniyattam, also spelled Mohiniattam (Malayalam: മോഹിനിയാട്ടം), is a traditional South Indian dance from Kerala, one of the eight Indian classical dance forms. It is considered a very graceful dance meant to be performed as a solo recital by women. The term Mohiniyattam comes from the words "Mohini" meaning a woman who enchants onlookers and "aattam" meaning graceful and sensuous body movements. The word "Mohiniyattam" literally means "dance of the enchantress". There are two stories of the Lord Vishnu disguised as a Mohini. In one, he appears as Mohini to lure the asuras (demons) away from the amrita (nectar of immortality) obtained during the churning of the palazhi or Ocean of Milk.

Ok im finally here to talk about the mentioned and renowned post of Aokigahara, I finally wake up in a good mood for writte about this post. lol! Ok lets Begin' :D

青木ヶ原, also known as the Sea of Trees (樹海, Jukai), is a 35 km2 forest that lies at the base of Mount Fuji in Japan. The forest contains a number of rocky, icy caverns, a few of which are popular tourist destinations.

The forest, which has a historic association with demons in Japanese mythology, is a popular place for suicides; in 2002, 78 bodies were found, despite numerous signs, in Japanese and English, urging people to reconsider their actions.

Due to the wind-blocking density of the trees, and an absence of wildlife, the forest is known for being eerily quiet.

Creapy Uh? The forest is a popular place for suicides, reportedly the world's second most popular suicide location after San Francisco's Golden Gate Bridge. This popularity is often attributed to the 1960 novel Kuroi Jukai by Seichō Matsumoto, which ends with two lovers committing suicide in the forest. However, the history of suicide in Aokigahara dates from before the novel's publication, and the place has long been associated with death: ubasute was practiced there into the 19th century, and the forest is reputedly haunted by the ghosts of those left to die.

Since the 1950s, more than 500 people have lost their lives in the forest, mostly suicides, with an average of approximately 30 counted yearly. In 2002, 78 bodies were found within the forest, replacing the previous record of 73 in 1998. In 2003 the rate climbed to 100, and in recent years the local government has stopped publicizing the numbers in an attempt to downplay Aokigahara's association with suicide. The high rate of suicide has led officials to place signs in the forest, in Japanese and English, urging those who have gone there in order to commit suicide to seek help and not kill themselves. The annual body search, consisting of a small army of police, volunteers and attendant journalists, began in 1970.

Aside from those intending to die there, the dense forest and rugged inaccessibility has attracted thrill seekers. Many of these hikers mark their routes by leaving colored plastic tapes behind, causing concerns from prefectural officials for the ecosystem of the forest.

In 2004, a movie about the forest was released, called Jyukai .The Sea of Trees Behind Mt. Fuji (樹の海, lit. Sea of Trees), by the director Takimoto Tomoyuki. It tells the story of four people who decide to end their lives in the forest of Aokigahara. While scouting for shooting locations, Takimoto told reporters that he found a wallet containing 370,000 yen o.O (roughly $3,760 USD), giving rise to the popular rumor that Aokigahara is a treasure trove for scavengers. // I wanna go there lol// Others have claimed to have found credit cards, rail passes, and driver's licenses.

Chinese New Year's Eve is known as chú xī. It literally means "Year-pass Eve".

Chinese New Year is the longest and most important festivity in the Chinese Lunar Calendar. The origin of Chinese New Year is itself centuries old and gains significance because of several myths and traditions. Ancient Chinese New Year is a reflection on how the people behaved and what they believed in the most.

Chinese New Year is celebrated in countries and territories with significant Han Chinese populations (Chinatowns), such as Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Taiwan, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Thailand. Chinese New Year is considered a major holiday for the Chinese and has had influence on the new year celebrations of its geographic neighbors, as well as cultures with whom the Chinese have had extensive interaction. These include Koreans (Seollal), Tibetans and Bhutanese (Losar), Mongolians (Tsagaan Sar), Vietnamese (Tết), and the Japanese before 1873 (Oshogatsu).

People will pour out their money to buy presents, decoration, material, food, and clothing. It is also the tradition that every family thoroughly cleans the house to sweep away any ill-fortune in hopes to make way for good incoming luck. Windows and doors will be decorated with red colour paper-cuts and couplets with popular themes of “happiness”, “wealth”, and “longevity”. On the Eve of Chinese New Year, supper is a feast with families. Food will include such items as pigs, ducks, chicken and sweet delicacies. The family will end the night with firecrackers. Early the next morning, children will greet their parents by wishing them a healthy and happy new year, and receive money in red paper envelopes. The Chinese New Year tradition is a great way to reconcile; forgetting all grudges, and sincerely wish peace and happiness for everyone.

Although the Chinese calendar traditionally does not use continuously numbered years, outside China its years are often numbered from the reign of the Yellow Emperor, Huangdi. I like anime. I think they show a very diferent world of what cartoons should be! anime has beens successful all around the world and is amazin' how some people take it SOO sereously....We can see, cosplayers, Akihabara wich is full of that, of course, Huge stores about anime you know annoucing them whit t-shirts and stuff. Kigurumis and of course the theme of today ANIMEGAO! before start the theme I think the animegao are the most extreme costumes in the cosplay world, is like Yamambas y the world of gyaru girls.

Ok. A doller is a cosplayer who performs a variant of kigurumi cosplay. The face is fully covered with a mask, usually meant to look like a human cartoon character, and the costume of the character is worn. In Japan most cosplayers refer to this style as (アニメ顔 - Animegao, or "Anime Face"). It is still a very minor part of the cosplay scene in Japan, though it was around 2005 when it began attracting attention in other countries, including the United States, Canada, and European countries.

At the hobbyist level the characters in question are almost all female, and commonly human, although kigurumi characters of other races and genders do exist, including male (such as Kenshin Himura from Rurouni Kenshin/Samurai X), mechanical (such as Gundam Wing), elven (such as Deedlit or Pirotess from Lodoss) and demonic (such as Inuyasha from the anime of the same name). Another cosplay motive may also be the desire to emulate a given anime character in exact appearance, and personality. Other cosplayers have developed their own characters.

By wearing a body suit and mask, kigurumi cosplayers are able to get closer to the appearance of the original character, especially in the case of animal characters or highly stylised characters. Non-professional animal kigurumi cosplayers painstakingly make detailed heads and bodies from plastic, wire and artificial fur. In animegao kigurumi, the performer playing a humanoid anime character will wear a flesh-coloured body suit (known as a Zentai) and matching mask usually moulded from clay or fiberglass composites (FRP). The body suit allows them less-detailed skin features, on the level of animated characters, and the mask allows a similar level of facial features. Some hobbyists obtain masks from established hobbyist mask studios such as Build Up Studio SIGMA or Dolphin Factory.

As with other kinds of cosplay, many hobbyists have costumes of established characters from games or animations.

Even though this term originated as a translation of アニメ顔, the original Japanese term is not used to describe masking based on anime characters. Instead the term 着ぐるみ (きぐるみ, kigurumi) is used by most performers.

Love Land Is park wich is located in Cheju Island in south korea. Was opened in 2004.
This park gives tribute to sex and shows it as an art that most be respected by everyone who practiced and who will. There was a similar construccion on the way in china but was demolished becuse it was considerated a bad influence for chinese society. The love Land In korea counts whit 140 sculptures representing humans in various positions and of course parts of the humans ;). Its one of the most visited parks in Korea by turist and just married cuples (Why This Would Be ???;D) Of course minors are not allowed in this park. Wowowowoo~ I love Asia, Is just that it dont stop of surprisin' me.I cant get enough of it.

I bring today the Bian Lian. The Bian Lian is an ancient Chinese dramatic art that is part of the more general Sichuan opera. Performers wear brightly colored costumes and move to quick, dramatic music. They also wear vividly colored masks, which they change within a fraction of a second.

The face changing, or "bian lian" in Chinese, is an important aspect of Chinese Sichuan opera. Performers wave their arms and twist their heads, and their painted masks change repeatedly.

Face changing began 300 years ago, during the reign of the Qing Dynasty Emperor Qianlong (1736-1795). At the beginning opera masters changed the color of their face during performances by blowing into a bowl of red, black or gold powder. The powder would adhere to their oiled skin quickly. In another method, actors would smear their faces with colored paste concealed in the palms of their hands.

The changing of types of lian pu (Chinese opera facial make-up) and colours reflect a character's mood: for instance, red represents anger and black represents extreme fury.

Face-changing was first used in a story about a hero who stole from the rich to help the poor. When he was caught by feudal officials, he changed his face to puzzle them and escaped as a result.

By the 1920s, opera masters began using layers of masks made of oiled paper or dried pig bladder. Skilled performers could peel off one mask after another in less than a second. Modern-day masters use full-face painted silk masks, which can be worn in layers of as many as twenty-four, and be pulled off one by one.

Recently, Hong Kong pop star Andy Lau learned this secret art from skilled masters by paying them about 3,000,000 yuan (360,000), much to the chagrin of other old experts. Andy Lau only learned how to do the trick, but has not yet mastered it.[ This secret has been passed down from one generation to the next within families. In fact only males are permitted to learn Bian Lian.

The old way of thinking was that women do not stay within the family, and would marry out. And as such there was the risk the secret would be passed to another family. Therefore the art is technically forbidden to women. A Malaysian Chinese girl named Candy Chong has recently become a popular performer after learning it from her father. Bian Lian is rarely seen performed in the United States because foreigners are not permitted to the learn the art form. American Magician Dan chan is one of a handful of performers who perform Bian Lian in the United States. Seaworld San Antonio also featured Chinese acrobats who performed the face changing act for the summer season 2008.

Hello Everyone....How Ya been Doing!??? Sorry that I wasen't Posting for a While...Finals Exams got me crazy, But It worth It!! A & B's Im so Happy I cant Deny I doubt it for a moment i was wondering '' Im a going to pass alll the exams?? YESSSS of Coursee I did!! (Thank God) Fortunely I had this teacher who loves Asian Stuff Just Like me...We sat hours Talkin' about Asian culture and stuff, thanks to her too...She rock It In a Jorney we made to '' Las cuevas de las Maravillas'' .

We had so Much Fun it was very very good to have her as a teacher!!! In other order KIDASU the asian fan Club we had in Dominican Republic Is preparing A HUGEEEE party for all the members, whit games, Trivias, Karaoke you know, we have prepare things like T-shirts, posters, botons, Gaps, Purses, all about publicity Stuff!! So Im going to be very busy whit that too......But this moths have been very good, One I Get rid of Bad people And two I get A looot Of Asian and Dominican Friends! So Its nice to be whit them all the time and share diferent culture and moments.....To all Them Thank You!!!
